How billing works. You pay once for the term you choose. The weekly price is the term price divided across the weeks, shown so you can compare the three terms fairly.
Renewals. Memberships renew for the same length at the standard rate above unless you cancel. You will see the renewal date and amount before you pay. Cancel any time through Support or the Chatbot, with no fee and no notice period.
On your statement. Payments are taken by bluempay.com.
Add-ons. Super Matches and Boosts are bought separately from membership. They are one-off purchases and do not renew.

Yes. Creating a profile, browsing members, getting daily match suggestions, posting, commenting and free ID verification all cost nothing and always will. Classic accounts can send a limited number of messages a day, and can read and reply to messages from VIP and VIP+ members. VIP removes the daily limit.
In a single payment for the term you choose, not weekly. The weekly figure is the term price divided across the weeks, shown so you can compare terms. A three month VIP membership is one payment of £64.16.
Yes. At the end of your term your membership renews for the same length at the standard rate unless you cancel first. We tell you the renewal date and the exact amount before you pay, and again in your account.
Through the Support team or the Chatbot, any time before your renewal date. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Payments are taken by bluempay.com and that is what shows on your statement, not Grounded. Members tell us they appreciate the discretion.
Add-ons, bought separately from membership. A Super Match sends a highlighted message that lands at the top of someone's inbox and is always seen first. A Boost temporarily lifts your profile to active members near you. A bundle of 10 Super Matches and 3 Boosts is £14.99, against £24.98 bought separately. Add-ons are one-off purchases and do not renew.
Periodically, yes. If a discount is running when you upgrade you will see it applied before you pay, with the discounted price and the standard renewal price both shown.
Yes. You can move between VIP and VIP+ from your account.
